Operator and scope
This website and Yunxiao AI ERP are operated by 云销电商科技（东莞）有限公司 (the Company). This notice describes the current informational website and separately explains the intended data practices of the planned advertising integration. The company domain is yunxiaoaierp.com.
The current website
The current site provides company and product information. It has no registration form, live advertising connection, enquiry submission form or payment function. The dashboard uses illustrative sample data. Our application code does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or browser storage.
Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, as necessary to deliver and protect the site. Any hosting-provider sign-in or access controls are governed by that provider’s own notices.
Planned integration data
If the Marketing API integration launches after approval, we intend to process only the information permitted by the account owner and applicable platform permissions:
- Advertising account identifiers and authorised account information.
- Campaign, ad group and ad configuration, status and budget information.
- Available spend, impression, click and conversion reporting metrics.
- Authorised advertising creative references and associated performance metrics.
- Authorisation tokens and operational records necessary for the integration, handled by the planned backend rather than this public website.
We are not requesting direct-message content, address books, consumer payment details or unrelated personal data for the stated use cases.
Purpose and access
The intended purposes are authorised advertising management, performance reporting, internal analysis and operation of the integration. Access will be limited to personnel who need it for those purposes. Data will not be sold, used for unrelated profiling or used to train general-purpose AI models. The AI ERP brand does not mean advertising data is sent to an AI service.
Service providers and transfers
Necessary hosting, infrastructure and security providers may process data to operate the service, subject to appropriate restrictions. We do not sell advertising data to data brokers. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address security incidents. Before launching account-data processing, we will specify applicable providers, storage locations and any cross-border arrangements, and address applicable platform and legal requirements.
Security and retention
For the planned integration, security requirements include encrypted transport, server-side token handling, restricted access and revocation support. These are design requirements, not a claim of an existing security certification.
Advertising data will be retained only as needed for the disclosed purpose, applicable platform requirements and any required legal retention. A specific retention schedule will be published before account-data collection begins. Once access is revoked, new API access will stop; retained data will be deleted or de-identified when no longer required, subject to legitimate retention obligations and backup deletion cycles.
Your choices and requests
Account owners may withdraw platform authorisation using the platform’s available controls. Once the integration is available, they may also request information, correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and applicable obligations. See our data request instructions.

Updates
We will update this notice when the integration scope, data practices or contact channels change. The updated date appears above. Material changes to an active service will be communicated through the service or an established contact channel.
